Medieval Modular Town (With Interiors) – Unreal Engine

Thanks to the continued support from the community, we’re adjusting the prices of some of our most beloved assets as part of an ongoing catalog-wide pricing update. Our goal is to make these assets more accessible to solo developers, indie teams, students, and a wider range of creators. We truly appreciate everyone who has supported us so far, and we remain deeply committed to delivering lasting value to all our creators. This pricing update will be in effect until the end of the year.

A modular architecture pack, inspired by the traditional “Timber Frame” houses, with working interiors.

The Gothic Knight in the screenshot is not included. You can buy it on the marketplace: Person Walktrough (Latest Update, UE5.1): Map Walktrough (Up to Unreal engine 5.0): with my Medieval Modular Church: V1.1 – Only available from UE 5.1 onwards

  • Added Hipoly mesh for roofs and stone walls (Old low poly version still available).
  • Improved windows meshes and glass.

  • Improved albedo value for textures
  • Removed the green tinge from the stone textures (better integration with my Medieval Modular Church which has been updated as well)

  • Added Seamless Texture support for walls, pillars, roofs.
  • Added a folder with the meshes that uses the new materials. (I’ve added a new uv set for the seamless textures. Screenshot 21).
  • Added RGB masks that allow more control over the materials, like Dirt, Edge wear, Color;
