Each asset has been designed with the cleanest possible topology. If that’s not satisfying enough, you still have access to all the individual meshes and their original modifiers to re-purpose them to your needs.
Each asset is already UV-unwrapped in the most efficient way possible by using the best tools out there. Again, feel free to experiment and find your own balance when needed.
Each asset is already textured using my own Travertine procedural material built in Substance Designer. Within the pack you will find the individual 4K PBR textures already exported (external resources are packed into the .blend file, anyway).
