Tropical Tradescantia Plants

Tradescantia (or Spiderwort as its commonly known where it grows wild) is a trailing tropical and warm temperate plant that hugs the ground or scrambles over objects such as rocks or fallen branches, or in a more domesticated setting, it is a very popular and easy to grow windowsill potted plant!

This great big set of these pretty little foliage plants gives you the option of planting them yourself in your digital compost, flower beds, or tropical setting or placing them in a ready-made pot on windowsills, tables or plant stands. There are versions that trail below the pot and some which trail down the pot but stop before they would transect the object it’s sitting on. The pots have three material options: two ceramic and one mossy clay for a more rustic look, and each version of the plant comes in four colorways. As always a little goes a long way with plant models and slight variations in scale and y-axis rotation will make one plant and its instances look like many. With the plants which trail below the level of their main stem or pot, these will load with some portions of the plant below the ground plane, these models are intended to be placed in positions where the root side of the plant is near too or on a surface and the rest tumbles over the edge of a shelf or rock for example.
