Focused on and initially developed for HDRI images or assets (.duf files), a wide part of the V3D HDR Add-On Tool and of the V3D HDR Manager can be used on any other type of content, whereas V3D HDR Creator is really focused on the creation of HDR environment maps created directly using your Daz Studio scenes, turning your 3D scenes and environments into environment maps and render settings presets, turning tons of polys, instances, and texture maps into one single environment map.
